The option of having a trial is always on the table for our brides. Of course it is completely up to the bride whether the decides to have a trial or not, the following is to show all the great advantages of having a trial!
During the trial, the bride and the artist(s) sit down and discuss bride's likes and dislikes. The brides ideal wedding look will be determined so we can tailor a look that is perfect for you!
A full makeup application will be performed. If hair services are also desired we will also perform the hair design for the bride.
A trial is truly a great idea so the bride is 100 percent positive that her requests are being voiced to the artist. We want to be sure that you completely love your look and your are absolutely comfortable. Always feel free to be absolutely honest with how you look!
The following are a few frequently asked questions that will help you with your trial:
When should I schedule my makeup trial?
It is best to have your makeup trial well before your wedding day. This way, you will be sure everything is confirmed with your artist. This will allow you to know that on your wedding day you will be able to sit back and enjoy being pampered without having any qualms of your look. Don’t worry about having your trial done too far in advance.
Is it important to bring anything to my trial?
Feel free to bring any pictures or ideas of looks you may want duplicate. Artists always love a visual idea! If you have an article of makeup (lip stick, lip gloss, mascara, etc.) that you absolutely love and would like to have used for your application, by all means bring it! If you are having a hair trial, please bring any combs, flowers, or your veil so the artist can determine placement.
Should someone come with me to my trial?
It is not necessary to have anyone with you. However, it is nice to have a mom, a friend, anyone! Someone close who will give their input and honest opinion about how you look. Four eyes are better than two!
Should I wear makeup to my trial?
It is best to come with a clean, face so that we can start with a “clean palette”.
